A Reflective Look Ahead
Serving in this role over the past two years has deepened my love for Delta and strengthened my commitment to the continued growth of CMAC. This work calls for focus, consistency, and a willingness to make decisions with the long term in mind. We have continued to build on a strong foundation, supporting how we operate, reinforcing consistency, and growing a chapter that is engaged, purposeful, and grounded in sisterhood. What has stayed with me most are the moments that do not show up in reports, the conversations after meetings, the one on one check ins, and the times when someone simply needed to be heard. That is where sisterhood is felt, and that is what sustains us. As I look ahead, my focus is on continuing this work with care and intention, strengthening what is already in place, investing in leadership, and moving forward together with a shared commitment to this chapter. At the end of the day, this has always been about service, showing up for one another and contributing to something bigger than ourselves. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve, and I am grateful for you.
